Restaurant Positions

Lucio's typically has a variety of positions to ensure the smooth operation of the establishment.

General Manager

Oversees all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, finances, and operations.

Restaurant Supervisor

Oversees specific restaurant areas or shifts, providing guidance and support to staff.

Restaurant Manager

Also assistant manager; He/She supports the general manager, oversees day-to-day operations, and manages staff.

Kitchen Manager

Manages back of house (BOH) staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen operations.

Food Safety Manager

Ensures food safety and hygiene standards are met.

Food Purchaser

Also know as, Procurement; He/She is responsible for sourcing and ordering food supplies.

Catering Manager

Manages off-site or private event catering and coordination.

Event Coordinator

Plans and manages private events or special promotions within the restaurant.

Floor Manager

Manages the front of house (FOH) staff and ensures guest satisfaction.

Bar Manager

Oversees the bar staff, drink menu, and bar operations.

Host/Hostess Manager

Manages the host/hostess team and reservation systems.

Chef/Head Chef

Oversees the kitchen, designs the menu, and ensures food quality and consistency.

Sous Chef

Pastry Chef/Baker

Line Cook

Prepares and cooks food according to the menu.

Dishwasher

Bartender

Sommelier

Specializes in wine selection and service.

Wine Sommelier

Host/Hostess

Server/Waitstaff

Takes orders, serves food and drinks, and provides a positive guest experience.

Expeditor/Food Runner

Coordinates orders between the kitchen and the serving staff, ensuring timely delivery to guests.

Busses/Runner

Assists servers by clearing tables, refilling water glasses, and running food from the kitchen to the tables.

Security/Doorman

Ensures the safety and security of guests and staff.

Maintenance
