I often go out to eat in the Closter/Alpine area. Locale, hands down, is the best in the area! It offers great drinks, Wine, and fabulous food. The owner is a great host.

Incredible Authenticity

I went with a couple of friends. The restaurant was warm and inviting when we first walked in. The bar was very nice, almost vintage. The dining area had the sun coming in and a fireplace. The wait staff was very attentive. We ordered our food, and it came out quickly and piping hot. The grilled salmon was delicious and cooked perfectly. My friends enjoyed their mushroom risotto and branzino. There was no dessert this trip; maybe next time.
